Rain, sleet or snow will not stop us!

After driving through what us Florida girls would refer to as a mad- crazy blizzard, with a little hope, a quick prayer and an insanely firm grip on the steering wheel, we made our way to NIU.(Many thanks to a close freind of ours who gave us a quick lesson over the phone on driving in the white stuff.)

We arrived safe and not too terribly late and were greeted by the extremely friendly and warm members of Alpha Delta Pi and Phi Sigma Kappa who demonstrated the perfect mid-western charm that we've grown to love! These fine folks did an absolutely amazing job with everything. They put on a wonderful event and managed to fill the seats of the auditorium on an evening that classes were canceled due to snow- impressive! They were wonderful hosts and really made us feel right at home. We’d like to send a shout out to our new best friend, sister Katey and to also thank the ADPi’s and Phi Sig’s for the delicious dinner, adorable gift baskets and super cute shirts!
I can’t think of a better way to spend Valentine’s Eve. Northern Illinois University Totally Rocks!!!
